Construction Update (as of Friday June 16, 2017)
Construction on 17 Avenue S.E. continues, and there will be a traffic detour shift to the south side of 17 Avenue S.E. between 36 and 47 Streets. Asphalt paving continues between 33 and 36 Street S.E., and road coring along the south side of 17 Avenue S.E. between 52 Street and Hubalta Road also starts this week. On the weekend of June 23-25, 54 Street S.E. will be closed for deep utility work. Traffic detours will be set up at 45 and 47 Streets directing traffic to 16 and 19 Avenues. That same weekend, 17 Avenue S.E. between 45 and 47 Streets will be closed for water line work. Traffic detours will be set up at 45 and 47 Streets directing traffic to 16 and 19 Avenues
