At Forest Lane Medical Clinic, we are pleased to offer same day appointments or walk-in medical care. You do not need to be a registered clinic patient in order to attend our clinic. We are a full service medical clinic. Once your medical issue has been assessed we will be able to assist you to find the most appropriate treatment.

Free consultation by Chronic Disease Management Nurse
Renewing prescriptions for medication refills
Ordering medical imaging such as X-ray, ultrasound, MRI or CT scans
Ordering laboratory testing
Providing preventive care
Offering gynecological examination, including pap smear and breast examination
Providing counselling on contraceptive options, including insertion or removal of an Intrauterine Device (IUD)
Referral to a medical or surgical specialist
Free sick notes (regular patients)
Work related injuries
